Representation Summary:

Access: Road from Moorlands Ave is not wide enough to accomodate regular vehicle use and is supported by a dry stone wall at the back of the properties on Moorlands Ave.
Loss of sunlight: Any buildings to the to the rear of Moorlands will block late afternoon/ early evening sunlight to the rear of the properties on Moorlands Ave.
Loss of privacy: Any buildings to the rear of Moorlands Ave will be level with the upstairs of the properties on Moorlands Ave resulting in a loss of privacy for the residents.
Supporting wall: The rear wall to the properties supports the road towards Brown Springs Farm, the bottom of the wall is shifting due to traffic use on the road (from previous building work at Brown Springs Farm) it will not support construction or continuous traffic use.
