Representation Summary:

Proposed building on fields that provide absorbent land to stem significant water run off despite which there is flooding within this area The potential of increased flood water will see further and major impacts on other residential and agricultural properties.
Junction of Crack Lane/Shay Lane is a traffic congestion and accident spot. 40 properties, potential 80 extra cars, on a site with narrow country lanes, already rat-run Wilsden High Street to Haworth Road or Cottingley Moor Road, significant potential for creating accident hot spot. Quarry access also via this road junction. Additional associated increased air pollution - negative impact on health and contradictory to the Councils introduction of Clean Air Zone?
Removal of hedgerows and trees negatively impacting wildlife, increasing loss of already reducing precious British wildlife, Curlew, Sky Lark, Lapwing, without mentioning other mammals and animals losing more natural environment.
Implications for traffic, health, our British wildlife are significant.
