Development here would be directly opposite the wild life reserve at Marchup Beck. I have observed Muntjac deer in the proposed development fields over the years. Development here will be a further loss of habitat for wildlife. This proposal will further add to traffic congestion caused by the AD1/H proposal. There are mature trees that would be lost if the development goes ahead adding to habitat loss. the increased traffic with potential safety risks will have a big impact on Moor Lane and Moor Park Drive.
