• Have to deal with school parking twice daily

• Has 3 natural springs. Houses at end of Bowman Avenue had to have berme built to stop water seeping in.

• Field is very boggy

• Area is home to wildlife

5. Pollution & Quality of Life
• Site was originally meant to be built on, but was abandoned due to natural springs and possible mine shafts. Use as a playing also abandoned due to it being wet and boggy. What happens if houses are built and where is the water going to?

• Concerned what will happen to the environment of space. Will feel suffocated, living of top of each other if houses are built with at least 2 adults and 2 children plus at least 2 cars per household times 44.

• No quality of life
