Access to KY13/H will be difficult and disruptive as new roads need building. How would large amounts of building materials and machinery be put on site without extreme disruption to nearby properties? In the field nearest to Thornhill Avenue is a pipe that diverts spring water along the length of the field. It is almost permanently soddened and completely unsuited for new builds. The infrastructure in Oakworth cannot support 80 houses and their residents, especially schools, doctors and dentists.
