Site CC17/H, add the following to the list of Constraints and Opportunities on the site pro forma: ‘The areas of the site which are not covered by buildings may contain pockets of important archaeological remains dating
from the medieval period to the 18th century.’ and
‘The site is adjacent to the Goitside and City Centre Conservation Areas.’
