This site contains characteristic warehouse, mill and industrial buildings relating to the former Bolton Wood Shed (wool combing), now the Victor Works. The buildings are evident on the OS six-inch county series first revision published in 1895. We welcome the
inclusion of the developer consideration for this site requiring that the potential for conversion of the existing mill buildings should be considered.
