Representation Summary:

1. This land represents an important corridor between Silsden Road, the roundabout and the village.
2. Any building on this plot would require residents to use cars to reach shops, schools and so - it is far too far from local amenities!
3. This site is adjacent our much-used recreation ground and any development would have a detrimental impact to the country feel to this side of the village.
4.Two of the three strips of land shown are owned by Hunterland and the owners have stated categorically that they will not be released for building. It would seem totally impractical to consider the remaining narrow strip of land.
