I welcome the revision of many of Bradford’s policy documents which improve and strengthen a commitment to higher environmental standards including a net zero carbon target for 2038. However this strategy is not backed up with an appropriate economic plan to help bring about these changes by reducing journeys to work, or avoiding wasteful use of green field sites.
