Moss Carr Road is already busy with parked cars and is effectively one-way, where only a single car can pass at a time. With both KY18/H and KY19/H the congestion will be unacceptable. Where will these people park? How will Moss Carr Road handle this increase in vehicles?
The bridge at Park Lane is almost a single car at a time bridge and already has huge amounts of traffic travelling to Long Lee, Parkwood and to Harden. There were requirements years ago for any development in Long Lee to tackle the bridge but nothing has been done and hundreds of houses have been built. When will it be addressed?
Long Lee does not have the capacity in amenities to support hundreds of new homes.
KY19/H is beautiful, farmed green belt land and should be protected. It is a natural habitat for many birds.
