The site is highly sustainable, suitable, and available to meet some of the housing needs of the
district and all the local demand in Oakworth for the plan period. It will help to address the planned
distribution of housing land, as set out by the Council, helping to demonstrate a robust housing supply to meet Bradford’s housing delivery targets, whilst also providing a range of housing types and sizes to meet the identified long-term needs of the local area as part of a sound and plan-led approach.

The allocation of OA1/H for residential development is supported.
