It is not good for the local residents/value of the area. It will affect wildlife and pollution a lot. The local schools/gp surgeries dont have space for more amount of people planned. The access is poor and will cause a lot of issues with traffic as well as risk of contaminents. This is a very bad idea and should be rejected as Caddick have no respect for the local residents/community and have shown this by not maintaining the property they propose to demolish which has been sore to look at since the beginning.
