The area is not suitable for more houses. The proposed development of 40 houses on crack lane ... the area is a flood area the roads leading to the proposed site are very narrow and dangerous. The development next to it has numerous drainage issue which 5 years on are still not resolved. The field is water logged more houses will cause further drainage issues to the other houses the road itself is not suitable.
