Proposal AD5/H, proves that there is a complete and utter disregard for traffic flow, children's safety (it's a narrow much-used walkway for children attending school) and environmental/wildlife issues.
Permitted parking (reasonably required by residents) create bottlenecks and traffic is brought to a standstill.
