Representation Summary:

I feel Land located at Queensbury Golf Course should be allocated for housing development. This site is in a sustainable location which is closely located to other recent residential developments, available locally are schools and other amenities. It is directly abutting a proposal allocation QB4/H. There is no difference in the location and sustainability of the golf course site and the QB4/H. The Town Centre High Street, Tesco Store and associated bus services to Bradford and Halifax are all less than a 10 minute walk away at approximately 600m to the north. A local parade of shops is also within 250m to the north and a recently built Tesco Super store. Schools and medical centres are available within less than a 20 minute walk away. There is also a bus stop directly outside of the site for those less mobile and may require assistance to get to the town centre.
