Oakworth is already overdeveloped with current housing developments not yet completed. The primary school is oversubscribed and the strain on the local amenities is too great. The infrastructure in the village is inadequate . The continued removal of the green spaces in and around the village is detrimental to the mental health of residents and devastating to wildlife.
