Draft Bradford District Local Plan - Preferred Options (Regulation 18) February 2021

Representation ID: 3133

Received: 22/03/2021

Respondent: Mr Carl McKeating

Representation Summary:

I object for the same reasons as Ad1.
Spoiling shape and character of village
Houses too far away from village amenities causing traffic chaos on Moor Lane and School Lane.
The only possible way to alleviate that would be to join Turner Lane onto the roundabout as exit for cars but of course that is not as lucrative as just shoving in more houses!
It would negatively impact the lovely open park and playground and allotments in this green again at the top of the village.
Drainage and school places concerns. Primary school already has problems taking in all local children. Overall not as bad as AD3/4/5
