The planned incinerator in Keighley is going to be so detrimental to local residents that it is astounding that it is still being considered and planned for. Air quality, pollution, increased traffic with lorries 24hrs a day, sited in a valley, close to schools and recreation facilities. It all flies in the face of previous topics on here to do with these issues and a healthy city.
