There would be a considerable increase in traffic adding to the existing congestion between Saltaire lights and Cottingley. There would be destruction of local biodiversity, loss of meadow, hedgerow, trees and and natural flora and wildlife. Increased risk of flooding. None of the 3 rail stations are within walking distance.
