Representation Summary:

BU1/H is Greenfield and Greenbelt land.
The size of the development is grossly disproportionate to the existing size of the village (19% increase in dwellings from this single development).
Site is too distant from the railway station.
Local roads are congested, especially at peak times and during Summer holiday period.
Local amenities are already overloaded.
The site floods.
Currently there is a strong village boundary to the West. This would be destroyed, creating sprawl.
Limited employment potential in Burley would result in a large increase in commuting. National objectives of carbon reduction (net zero by 2050) is not being respected.
