- Nab Wood has terrible traffic already, and has significant issues with fast driving & limited access - this would be considerably worse
- Decent Air pollution is a huge thing, and why people live here which this will harm significantly
- Loss of more green space /greenbelt in the area will ruin it
- Views will significantly suffer
- Infrastructure just isn't sufficient, nor can be made to be
- The whole area would be rolled into one, with no separating border
- 'Zero Carbon Future' policy would be ignored
- Quality of life of residences would reduce hugely
