Land at Queensbury Golf Course should be allocated for housing development because the site is in a sustainable location. Local to shops, schools , amenities and facilities. There is a bus stop outside the site and local shops nearby. There is no difference in the location and sustainability of the golf course site QB4/H to the adjacent site that has already been developed. The position is ideal for accessing links to Bradford, Halifax, and Huddersfield. Tesco's supermarket is 5mins walk and queensbury high street 3 mins more.
