Site is unsuitable in terms of traffic impact on the A650 and adjacent minor arms;
Existing queues EB on A650 already nearly stretching back from Saltaire as far as a the roundabout;
Safety concerns in regard to blocking back of the roundabout;
Impacts on journey times between Bingley / Shipley / Keighley / Saltaire;
Existing traffic queues at Cottingley Cliffe Road unsuitable;
Additional delay though required traffic signals;
Banksome Grove / Bankfield Drive are also unsuitable accesses to the proposed development site.
