This is just one of the proposed developments which will result in traffic using Moor Lane for access. The adjacent development has significantly added to the amount of traffic as will another development off Turner Lane which is under construction. The utilities are under increased pressure especially the ancient sewers. There will be increased risk of flooding in the village due to loss of run off. Moor Lane is long and straight leading to speeding problems, the 20 mph advisory speed isn’t enforceable and frequently ignored. Increased traffic is unacceptable
