This is overdevelopment on green belt. This development along with other proposed developments that will use Moor Lane for access will increase traffic on a residential road with lots of young children by at least 160 vehicles. This is unacceptable. Moor Lane , being long and straight frequently encourages speeding. The utilities especially the ancient sewers will struggle. The risk of flooding further down the road will be increased due to loss of soak off. The area around this field is a rich wildlife habitat and will be put at risk .
