- Nab Wood has terrible traffic already, and has significant issues with fast driving & limited access - this would be considerably worse
- increase in traffic/congestion, and decrease in air quality
- Unnecessary loss of more green space /greenbelt in the area
- Views will significantly suffer
- Infrastructure just isn't sufficient, nor can be made to be
- The whole area would be rolled into one, with no separating border
- 'Zero Carbon Future' policy would be ignored
- current proposed developments not taken in to account in this plan
