I object to this proposal, firstly, because there is a recently-built housing estate on the opposite side of Keighley Road to the proposed site, which already has room for expansion and, I believe, approval has already been given for this expansion to go ahead.
Secondly, the field above the row of cottages on Keighley Road contains a spring (as shown on the outline map) which already causes flooding problems for these houses - a development of any size would only add to this problem.
Thirdly, the only possible access to this field is, as outlined on the proposal, via a farm track which, itself, is only accessible via an already tight cul-de-sac.
Finally, I think a development of this size would overload an already full infrastructure in both Keighley and Oakworth.
