Meadow field a natural habitat, hence risk to wildlife, deer, bats (protected species) Valuable Greenfield and green belt adjacent to conservation area. Safety issue regarding narrow road access to potential site which is directly next to children’s play area. Increased traffic to the already overloaded to High Oak Garth and rest of Pasture Avenue. Local amenities are overstretched with no places available at local doctors or schools. Lidget access to village already a bottleneck so more cars would be detrimental. Previous planning permission rejected because of local policy constraints, what has changed?? Plenty of more suitable sites in the area.
