Heightened risk of flooding - to new properties and current properties on Branksome Grove from saturated land run off.

Current drainage/sewage systems insufficient ability to cope with volume of water/sewage.

Loss of green space, natural views and habitats for wildlife.

Lack of infrastructure to cope with the expanse of people including public transport, education, dentists and medical facilities.

Increased traffic on Bingley Road and Branksome Drive. The junction is already difficult to get out of.
