It would increase traffic. Has previously been rejected due to contaminated land. Not enough schools, doctor surgeries and other essential services to cater to an increasing population in the area. The whole rooley croft situation in which houses where left valueless due to land being contaminated and underhand tactics used by developers. Other areas are also available for development and that would better help Bradford through regeneration of its inner city helping Bradford local communities.
