Impact on house prices, standard of living and the safety of children.

Flood risk - there is already significant and regular flooding on Branksome Grove and Branksome Drive. The river will not cope with additional surface run off.

Infrastructure - there is already a lack of amenities in the area including GPs, dentists, schools and public transport
Wildlife - the site is home to deer, bats, owls, heron, foxes to name but a few.
Local roads - Branksome Grove and Drive are unsuitable for the increased traffic flow
Environment - contradicts the plan for Clean Air Zone. Ignores the climate emergency.
