WI2/H: further to previous comments on concerns/reasons for objection, it is noted that the consultation mentions the area to the north-east of the plot is prone to surface water flooding.

There is also a natural spring in the south-west corner of the plot with a natural watercourse flowing along the westerly boundary towards Crack Lane. The land along the south-west/west boundary is therefore also waterlogged throughout the year, attracting evident nature and wildlife. At times the flooding has encroached the boundary onto neighbouring properties and we object to building on such an area as it would likely cause further issues.
