Hello -

I’d like to register my opposition to the new developments planned for Ilkley, in particular the 9 dwellings proposed on Stockheld Road (IL4/H). We live up the hill on Alexandra Crescent and just moved in last August. I am familiar with that small patch of land as it’s just around the corner from us, and the notion of squeezing 9 units on to that site is troubling and reeks of greed. This area in particular already suffers from lack of parking, and a general overuse. I shudder to think what it would be like with nine additional dwellings.

To reiterate, I fully oppose this Plan.
