I already live in the area and it is very busy with cars all day and on a night time. Another 41 homes would add to this and make it unbearable. There are lots of small children who would be put at risk. What would really benefit the area would be to turn the land into a nice green space for all to enjoy including the many children who live here. It would also reduce noise for those in the private houses that the land backs onto.
