I support the proposals for enhanced trees and woodlands - assuming they are native trees, good for wildlife. I think the ratio of 3 new trees to 1 felled tree is too low however - the benefit of one large mature tree is far greater than 3 new ones. Please could that be increased to 10. New developments should be planned around existing trees.
