THIS PROPOSAL IS NOT IN LINE WITH THE LOCAL AREA STRATEGY OF
a. Reducing the volume and impact of traffic and promoting safe travel routes for pedestrians and road users.
b. Reducing air pollution and improving air quality.
c. Retaining open spaces.
I cannot emphasis enough the negative effect on the quality of life and the detrimental effect both physical and mental that would be felt by all the residents in the immediate area of Linfield Terrace, Highgate Close and Highgate Grove if this proposal SW36/HC & SW6/H. were to proceed.
