Land at Queensbury Golf course should be allocated for housing development.
The site is in a sustainable location, near to local shops, schools, amenities, facilities and a bus stop, as well as directly abutting a proposal allocation QB4 - H.
The town centre high street, Tesco store and associated bus services to Bradford and Halifax are the than a 10 minute walk away.
A local parade of shops is also within 250 metres.
Schools and medical centres are av@liable within less than a 20 minute walk.
There is also a bus stop located directly outside of the site for those who are less mobile and may require assistance to get to the town centre.
