This is green belt and should not be developed in this way. The land is opposite Marchup Wildlife reserve and will have a detrimental effect on the purpose of such a reserve. Muntjac deer have been observed in the fields proposed for development - development will result in loss of habitat. There are a large number of mature trees which would be lost if development occurs. Turner Lane would have to have extensive changes made (widening etc.) which would destroy the nature of the area.
