The site is located in the green belt and beyond walking distance to local amenities. It is beyond comfortable walking distance to the railway station. The road corridor has hourly bus service in the morning peak. The site will be heavily car dependent, adding to congestion, noise and pollution. By its very proximity, it will impact on the enjoyment and use of the Sun Lane LNR.
