This area always floods, to build houses that are substandard is a waste of money, instead the money for this project could be better utilised in flood support and environmental solutions to support the houses that are already repeatedly stung whenever we've had heavy rainfall.

A development so close to the park also puts young children at risk of solution from the building site.
