Burley in Wharfedale has now had 500 new build homes approved for the Sun Lane site. With that approval & the Greenholme Mill dwellings other greenfield & brownfield sites need to be found at alternate locations outside the area/village of Burley in Wharfedale. We have contributed to Bradford Councils development strategy through the above 2 sites which alone will have significant detrimental effects on the village for infrastructure, schools, health facilities, traffic congestion & general safety.
