Representation Summary:

Burley In Wharfedale has now delivered its housing allocation requirements with Sun Lane 500 houses and the Greenholme mill development which alone will have a huge detrimental impact on the area. Therefore other development sites should be sourced outside the burley In Wharfedale area as we are already at breaking point in terms and traffic volumes, school places, healthcare and environmental impact such as regular flooding and air quality!
