103 dwellings on Moss Carr Road is way too many dwellings for a narrow cul de sac road and is not suitable or safe for access to a major development. Planning applications for smaller developments on this site have been refused on 3 previous occasions citing road safety and poor drainage issues as grounds for refusal. The condition of MCR surface and drainage issues have deteriorated further since the last refusal in 1981. The road floods regularly and has a dog leg bend making it dangerous.
