By your own professional assessment the proposals for development in Ben Rhydding and Coutances Way have a moderate or greater adverse impact on Green Belt provision. It’s hard to see how you choose to pursue that strategy when there are many other brown field or less sensitive areas which could be developed elsewhere in the district.
Every council has a social and economic duty now to avoid doing anything to harm the natural environment. Please look elsewhere. This makes no sense when there are other areas that could benefit much more from the investment.
