There is no provision for improvements to local schools and infrastructure to support this development. By continually adding more houses and failing to scale up services this will hurt the local community. Local healthcare provision (doctors, dentists) is already overstretched, the sewage works already cannot cope and overspills into the Wharfe, and the secondary school is hugely oversubscribed already. This whole planning application has also been rushed through in a Covid environment with no (or at best minimal) opportunity to scrutinise or review in an open public forum. I also urge you to review re-consider why it is deemed acceptable to build on Green belt land, rather than looking at alternative sites that could be used.
