This plan does not provide adequate infrastructure planning.

Too many proposed developments with poor access.

Opportunities for increasing employment are missed.

The area has a low percentage of affordable housing and this is not addressed in the plan.

The plan seeks to support future additional large developments that will make any current infrastructure planning redundant.

Education and health services and facilities are already at capacity and this plan would significantly overwhelm them.

Excessive use of Green Belt land.
