This site is a school playing field and is on the citys asset register as being leased long term to the Christopher Wharton academy .It is open space and school land and is assessable by both school and the public the description therefore is misleading.As such the land remains open space and therefore statutory process would need to be followed .The council have failed to identify constraints with regard to this site.
