I cannot see how Burley is a growth centre, the housing allocation for the village is unsustainable with the infrastructure - there will be a real issue with secondary schools, as well as other aspects such as the GPs being overwhelmed. I am also concerned that the flood risks are underestimated, and the main road to Ilkley cannot cope with the additional traffic from adding so many houses to the village.I don’t understand why Burley’s allocation of housing is so high when other areas have been reduced.
