This is green belt area and the proposal would cause loss of wildlife and wild flowers.
There is lack of public transport. The main exit from Baildon is already heavily congested at peak periods leading to traffic tailbacks at peak periods both in and out of Baildon . The inevitable further traffic would make matters worse and increase pollution. It would adversely impact on the view from the World Heritage Site of Saltaire.
