Green belt should not be built on until all brownfield sites have been used
No shops or other amenities close by
public transport an issue
Access difficult apart from possibly up to the A650 which brings pollution and you are unlikely to achieve CAZ and the traffic congenstion will be dreadful.
Huge loss of amenity along the river Aire - this are is much used by walkers and photographers
Also likely to flood - see environment agency website
Loss of habitat for plants and animals
Loss play space for children and families
A long way from medical services of which most are in Shipley, some distance away
